Returns are accepted only if the watch is returned in the exact condition in which it was received, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Return requests must be submitted within the return period communicated at the time of purchase.
All returns require prior authorization. Watches returned without approval, or without original packaging and accompanying accessories, may not be accepted.
